Who is it for?

A 7 session Skills Bootcamp designed for early years professionals and teaching assistants aiming to step into SENCO roles or provide targeted mental health support. Ideal for those working in nurseries,preschools, and primary settings seeking progression into leadership or specialist support roles. Candidates must be employed in an early years setting- looking to upskill to a SENCO role.
